With our experienced resident yogini Jessamin as your guide you’ll dive deeper into your practice with twice-daily yoga and meditation sessions, master class workshops and other experiential practices – from journalling to intention setting – all amidst the breathtaking beauty and tranquility of Satori Retreat. This unique wellness adventure retreat offers the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. You’ll have plenty of free time for relaxing, reflecting, taking massages, or visiting some of the local stunning tropical beaches and famous UNESCO World Heritage site Galle Fort, whilst being spoilt with a sumptuous and healthy cuisine as well as an attentive service. And for those that like a touch of adventure we have arranged some amazing excursions – all included in your package – to explore and experience an authentic slice of Sri Lankan life during your stay with us.
Our commitment at Satori Retreat is to create an experience that you will cherish for years to come. Spaces for this retreat are limited to a maximum of 13 guests so we will have the chance to connect with you on a more personal level and will tailor our classes to meet individual needs and abilities.
We kindly ask for a deposit of $300 USD which will secures your place and the balance should be settled 15 days prior to the retreat start date.
Join me at Satori Retreat, a Sri Lankan sanctuary set in the hills close to picturesque soft sand beaches, for a week long retreat to rebalance and restore.
This peaceful setting invites us to slow down, take a breath, and just be. With the perfect balance of movement and stillness, invigoration and relaxation, this retreat offers the space to explore, restore and ultimately take up residence in our bodies with a sense of freedom and confidence.
We will rise and shine with an uplifting Vinyasa Flow practice, before nourishing ourselves with high-vibrational, fresh, healing foods and juices. Experiential workshops to compliment the days theme will be scheduled daily, with afternoons free to relax by the pool, take massages or explore our incredible natural surroundings. As the sun sets we will reconvene with blissful Yin yoga, meditation and/or Yoga Nidra before enjoying another specially crafted feast from our in-house chef.
During the course of this 7 day / 6 night retreat we will journey through the 7 Chakras, utilising this ancient wisdom to explore our own beliefs, emotions and physicality. But this is ancient wisdom for modern living – our exploration and discussions will be tangible, down-to-earth and relatable to our own lives. Through this work we will lay the foundations for more conscious living, elevating our practice and beginning to take our yoga ‘off the mat’ and into our daily lives.
